Youth Leadership Workshop (YLW) unites100+ rising juniors, seniors, and college freshman from parishes all across our diocese for four days of leadership training and spiritual growth. The goal of YLW is to empower and educate young leaders about their faith and the gifts, talents, and abilities God has given them. By recognizing their leadership strengths and extraordinary qualities, the youth can then return to their parish communities to enhance/ignite their youth programs!
