Registration Cost

NCYC will cost $710 per person
 

What does my registration fee include?

• Charter Bus transportation (To/From Indianapolis)
  • Anticipated Departure from CPC at 7:00 am Thursday, November 18th
  • Anticipated Arrival to CPC around 12:00 pm Sunday, November 21st
• NCYC Ticket for Admission
• Hotel for 3 Nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) - Connected Skywalk to Indiana Convention Center
• Breakfast Daily 
• Dinner on Thursday Night
• SWAG - Cowboy Hat w/ Nashville Patch, and long sleeve shirt!

Payment Options:

Option 1 - Pay in Full:

• Pay the "full payment" of $710 upon registration

Option 2 - Payment Plan:

• Payment 1-- A $250 deposit is due at the time of registration to secure your spot. 

• Payment 2-- Payment of $200 due September 30th, 2023

• Payment 3-- Final Payment of $260 due Monday, November 6th. 

All payments are refundable until October 23rd, 2023.  After October 23rd,  if you choose to drop out of the trip, you will not receive a refund.
