Boys' Retreat

We are excited to announce our next opportunity in the Diocese of Nashville! Boys' Retreat is an exciting experience to gather as peers to celebrate what it means to be a young man in today's world. Unpacking the four cardinal virtues this experience will bring together young men from across the Diocese to learn more of their call to holiness and the gifts of divine grace that from living virtuously.

The retreat is open to all current 10th-12th grade boys and it will be held March 5-7, 2021. The retreat starts with check in at the Catholic Pastoral Center at 5PM Friday night and will close with return to the CPC Sunday afternoon at 3:15PM. We will be hosted by Gasper River Catholic Camp in Bowling Green, KY and the cost will be $150 per participant which includes all meals, travel, retreat materials, and SWAG.

- Permission Statement:
  I grant permission to the adult staff/volunteers to give my child non-prescription medications such as cough drops, antacids, ibuprofen (Advil), etc.
  
  I grant permission to the adult staff/volunteers to act on my behalf for the minor named above in granting permission for evaluation and treatment of medical problems during the Boys' Retreat. I understand that should a major medical problem arise, an attempt will be made to notify me by telephone. In the event that I cannot be reached, I hereby give my consent to such treatment as deemed necessary, including surgery, x-rays, scans, and anesthesia to be rendered to said minor by a licensed physician, nurse, or medical professional.
  
  I hereby authorize Diocese of Nashville and its agents to utilize my child’s photographic image for the specific purpose of publication of promotional material and Diocese of Nashville website and official social media accounts. I understand that I will receive no compensation should any photograph of my child be used.
  
  Further, I release the Diocese of Nashville, its employees, volunteers, and student leaders from any claims connected with participation of said minor during this retreat or any further Boys' Retreat related activities.
  
  I have read and accept the terms of my teenager attending the Boys' retreat.
